Wellness Support Space
The Wellness Support Space was born out of recognising the need for compassionate connection to heal.

As an early career psychologist, I noticed that many people did not have access to a community of people who truly understood - who were walking in their shoes or at least very similar ones. I have developed the Wellness Support Space to provide this for you.
Wellness Support Space is a Telehealth group psychology service that provides a safe, supportive and secure space for burnt-out individuals to focus on supporting their well-being to enhance their recovery and growth from burnout.
The Wellness Support Space helps break the isolation and builds your knowledge and skills in wellness to prevent, recover or grow from burnout. It is a chance to be understood, heard, and validated in a non-judgemental space. And an opportunity to benefit from the session wellness themes, which are moulded to suit the group's needs (e.g., understanding your burnout experience, recovery strategies, return to work).
Wellness Support Spaces are facilitated by Shannon Swales, a Clinical Psychologist with burnout lived experience. The group meets on a monthly basis for 90 mins over a 6-month period. Available for Australian Residents Only.
